Five stars, no question. My '05 Honda Odyssey has a new windshield, the tech showed up exactly when the dispatch said he would, the whole thing was completely painless and only cost $230. Pleasure doing business.

I just want to say thank you to Shawn who repaired my car window today, he was courteous, worked very quickly, and I was able to get my window replaced in the amount of time I usually take for a coffee in the afternoon. It was so nice to have a hassle free answer to a less than desirable situation. I never thought auto-repairs could be so stress free.

I called around and this was the cheapest option by $50, and they came the same day. I called around 2pm and they basically made an after-hours call (6pm) same day for no extra charge to fix a broken window. Both phone and in person they were very friendly, vaccumed out all of the broken glass (and the rest of the car!), and the job looked perfect. I would give them 5 stars, but the door lock on the door they worked on was very "sticky" and wouldn't go up and down automatically after they replaced the window. I reported the problem and they came within an hour and fixed it, no hassle, and apologized for having to come back. I would definately use them again.

Had my passenger window broken on Friday night and called on Saturday at 12:30 pm. Tyrone said he could fit me in later that day. I would use them again.

This company is very good. They were reliable and pleasant to work with. Came out in less than 24 hours to replace my broken window and was done in 30 minutes. I would recommend them to anybody needing to get a window fixed.

I called this morning after having my car broken into over night. They made sure to fit me in (on a Saturday) and came when they said they were going to. The price was fair and both Tyrone and Shawn were great to deal with. Definitely recommended!

My car was broken in to over inauguration and they came by the following morning. I couldn't be there for my repair due to work commitment and had to leave my key in my mailbox. They came to my street, repaired everything perfectly, cleaned all the broken glass out of my backseat, left me a bill, and put the key back in a safe location. Also... their price was $20 lower than the local auto shop. These guys are GREAT and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the DC metro area. I was lucky to find them. Thank you!

Reliability and customer service excellent. I am really impressed by the level of customer service I received, when I called Nu Pro. I was really impressed with the reliability, a technician was available the same day to come out and replace my windshield. The technician had originally scheduled my appointment for 1pm on 6/13/2008 (same day as call placed) and he called me back to tell me he could fit me in that morning @ 10:30 am, because, he was going to be in another location that may have held him up to get to me by 1pm. The technician came to my job to do the work and he kept me informed of his location and finishing the job. I am also impressed with the amount of time it took to complete the work. The representative from the call made this task as easy as possible, by answering all of my questions. I would recommend Nu Pro to anyone that has a chipped, cracked or even scratched window. The technician gave me business cards and told me if I should have any questions please do not hesitate to contact him. Keep up the good work.

I really appreciated the customer service I recieved when I had my windshield replaced by this company. I was able to call and get my windshield done the same day. They arrived when they said they would. The technician that came out, who I later found out was the owner, was very knowledgeable and professional. Since I have a practically new car it was important to me that you couldn't tell the windshield was replaced. I couldn't. Great Job! Would definitely use them again.

I had a passenger window that needed replacing. When I call a guy answer, he was really helpful he got me a quote and even suggested a time for early the next morning. Well I couldn't take any time off from work, I ask did I have to be there while he work on the car and could I leave the car at my house. He said no problem he would replace it and call me when he finish. He took my information and early the next day I received call he said he was finish. When I got home I had a BRAND NEW WINDOW and it works PERFECT! He lock all the doors and left my receipt, a nice looking business card, and some great glass cleaner in the front seat. He was very positive and professional about the situation and I didn't get to shake his hand and say thanks! I recommend this company and would definitely use there service again if needed.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I had many questions for the technician and he took the time to answer them all in a very patient manner. When he arrived to replace my windshield he was very courteous. I later found out that he actually owned the company. Since my windshield has been replaced, I have recommended this company to many of my friends.

This company is great! I called this morning for a quote and they gave me the cheapest estimate I've received yet. The gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly and was able to schedule me for repair the same day. Within a few hours he was at my work installing my brand new windshield. I plan on scheduling an appointment for my bf's car, which also has a cracked windshield. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a quick repair, friendly customer service, and a price you just can't beat.
